Jennifer Rogal, LCSW is an experienced Eating Disorder and DBT Specialist, and an Approved Clinical Social Work Supervisor for the State of New Jersey. At Resilience DBT & Eating Recovery, Ms. Rogal is our Young Adult and Adult Eating Disorder Specialist. She provides evidenced-based treatment for the full range of Eating Disorders and Body Image Concerns – Anorexia, ARFID, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and Body Dysmorphia. She provides comprehensive outpatient care, expert evaluations, individual and group therapy, and meal support for Young Adults, and Adults seeking recovery from eating disorders

Jennifer is experienced in treating children, adolescents, adults, with eating disorders and supporting their family members. She has prior clinical experience as a Team Leader for a leading Eating Disorder Treatment facility, overseeing the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, as well as the Trauma programming on site. Jennifer is an expert in conducting Eating Disorder and Mental Health evaluations for Adolescents and Adults, providing a diagnostic foundation for successful treatment outcomes.

As a trained DBT Therapist, Jennifer provides comprehensive DBT to support and treat mental health vulnerabilities such as Depression/Mood, the Anxiety Disorders, and Bipolar Disorder. With this evidenced based treatment, Jennifer helps each of her clients take ownership over healing their target symptoms and achieve their mental health

goals. Her caseload is gender inclusive and gives support and care to LGBTQ clients in their mental health journey.

Jennifer utilizes a trauma-informed relational approach, believing that the therapeutic relationship is an incomparable tool for change. She believes that full recovery from an eating disorder is not only possible, but within each person’s reach. Jennifer has extensive experience treating trauma and PTSD, depressive disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, and OCD, while always taking the whole person into account.
